ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ମହାମାରୀ କରୋନା ତା’ର କାୟା ବିସ୍ତାର କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହା ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ମୁଣ୍ଡବ୍ୟଥାର କାରଣ ପାଲଟିଛି। ଏଥିରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ଗୋଟିଏ ପରେ ଗୋଟିଏ କଟକଣା ଜାରି କରିଚାଲିଛନ୍ତି। ବିଶେଷକରି ଭିଡ଼ ରୋକିବା ପାଇଁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯାଉଛି। ସେହିଦୃଷ୍ଟିରୁ ଚଳିତବର୍ଷ ବୋଲ୍‌ବମ୍‌ ଯାତ୍ରା ହେବ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଶନିବାର ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏନେଇ ଏକ ଖବରଦାତା ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ରିଲିଫ୍‌ କମିଶନର ପ୍ରଦୀପ ଜେନା। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଏକ ଘଡ଼ିସନ୍ଧି ମୁହୂର୍ତ୍ତ ଦେଇ ଆମେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଗତି କରୁଛେ। ଏହି ମହାମାରୀ ସହ ଲଢ଼ିବା ଯେପରି ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବଡ଼ ଚ୍ୟାଲେଞ୍ଜ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛି। ପରିସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ନଜରରେ ରଖି ସରକାର ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ବୋଲ୍‌ବମ୍‌ ଯାତ୍ରା ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ଭିଡ଼ ହେଉଥିବାରୁ ଏପରି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ଏତଦ୍‌ବ୍ୟତୀତ ସମସ୍ତ ଦେବାଳୟ ବନ୍ଦ ଥିବାରୁ ଭକ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କଟକଣା ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି। କୌଣସି ଭକ୍ତ ଯେପରି ବୋଲ୍‌ବମ୍‌ ଯାତ୍ରାରେ ନ ଯିବେ ସେଥିପ୍ରତି ସରକାର ତାଗିଦ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କାରଣ କାଉଡ଼ିଆମାନେ ଦୀର୍ଘ କିଲୋମିଟର ପାଦରେ ଚାଲିଚାଲି ଯାଇ ଶୈବପୀଠରେ ଜଳଲାଗି କରିଥାନ୍ତି। ତେଣୁ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଆଶଙ୍କା ଥିବାରୁ ସରକାର ଏପରି ସୁଚିନ୍ତିତ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଥିବା ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ରିଲିଫ୍‌ କମିଶନର ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ଲଦାଖରେ ସୀମାନ୍ତ ଉତ୍ତେଜନା ଦେଖାଦେଇଥିବାରୁ ଟିକଟକ୍ ସମେତ 59 ଟି ଚାଇନିଜ୍ ଆପ୍ ଉପରେ ସରକାର ନିଷେଧ କରିଛନ୍ତି ସୀମାନ୍ତରେ ତିକ୍ତତା ଜାରି ରହିଥିବାବେଳେ ଚୀନ୍ ଆପ୍ ଡାଟା ଏବଂ ଗୋପନୀୟତା ସମସ୍ୟା ଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ନିଷିଦ୍ଧ କରିବାକୁ ଭାରତ ସରକାର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି।  ଟିକ୍ ଟକ୍ ସମେତ 59 ଟି ଚାଇନିଜ୍ ଆପ୍ ଉପରେ ସରକାର ନିଷେଧାଦେଶ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି।  ଉଭୟ ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ଏବଂ ଅଣ ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ଇଣ୍ଟରନେଟ୍ ସକ୍ଷମ ଉପକରଣରେ ଏହି ଆପଗୁଡିକର ବ୍ୟବହାରକୁ ଅନୁମତି ନଦେବାକୁ ସରକାର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି।  ଏହି ନିଷେଧାଦେଶ ଘୋଷଣା କରି ଏକ ସରକାରୀ ପ୍ରେସ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତିରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି:  ବିପଦର ଉଦୀୟମାନ ପ୍ରକୃତିକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି 59 ଟି ଆପ୍କୁ ଅବରୋଧ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି କାରଣ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ସୂଚନାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ସେମାନେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ଅଟନ୍ତି ଯାହା ଭାରତର ସାର୍ବଭ sovereignty ମତ୍ୱ ତଥା ଅଖଣ୍ଡତା, ଭାରତର ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା, ରାଜ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଏବଂ ସାଧାରଣ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଅଟେ।  ଏହି ପ୍ରେସ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତିରେ ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ୟ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ଯେ ସୂଚନା  ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିବିଦ୍ୟା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛି ଯେ ତଥ୍ୟର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ତଥା କିଛି ଆପର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ସହ ଗୋପନୀୟତା ପ୍ରତି ବିପଦ ଥିବା ନାଗରିକଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଉଦ୍ବେଗ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛି।  ପ୍ରେସ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତିରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ଯେ କମ୍ପ୍ୟୁଟର ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟ

If you have an Aadhaar card and you have not yet made a PAN card, then you can take advantage of this new facility.  This is a completely free facility.  You have to apply for PAN card from income tax website.  You will only need to enter a 12-digit Aadhaar number to apply for e-PAN.  After this you will receive an OTP on the mobile number.  With entering this OTP, you will get an enrollment number.   Step-by-step process to apply for PAN Card   1.
